Terms of Service

1. The service

NeuralVani is a text-to-speech (TTS) platform that converts text you provide into synthetic speech audio, along with related studio and developer features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. One person or entity may not maintain multiple free-tier accounts to circumvent usage limits.

3. Credits, plans and billing

• The service runs on a prepaid credit system. Free-tier credits are provided at our discretion and reset periodically; paid credits are purchased in packs.
• Each generation consumes credits based on the voice engine and the length of your text, as shown on the pricing page at the time of use.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for Indian users and US Dollars ($) for others, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
• Purchased credits are consumable digital goods and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NeuralVani to create, upload, or distribute audio that:

• impersonates a real person or clones a voice without that person's explicit consent;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights;
• constitutes fraud, scams, spam, or deceptive robocalling;
• involves sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers or exploits minors in any way;
• violates the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the text you submit and the audio you generate, and for having the rights to use them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your content and output

You retain ownership of the text you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, you own the audio output you generate and may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You grant us a limited licence to process your text and store generated audio solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or impose rate limits. Voice quality and generation speed can vary with load and engine.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralVani and [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME OR REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for suspected abuse. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Cancellations & Refunds policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
