Cancellations & Refunds

1. Nature of the product

NeuralVani sells prepaid credits that are consumed when you generate speech. Credits and generated audio are digital goods delivered instantly. There is no physical shipment.

2. Cancellations

NeuralVani operates on a prepaid, top-up basis — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can simply stop buying credits at any time. Unused credits remain in your account subject to these terms.

3. Refunds

• Consumed credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been spent on a generation, the service has been delivered and cannot be refunded.
• Unused credits: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or a technical fault on our side prevented delivery, we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method.
• Failed generations: if a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance, so no money is lost.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@neuralvani.com within 7 days of the transaction with your account email and the payment/order reference. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect. Refunds are processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
