• Usage data: the text you submit for generation, the voice and settings you choose, generated audio, credit transactions, and timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address (used for fraud prevention and per-network signup limits), browser type, and basic request logs.
• Payment data: when you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive confirmation of the transaction but do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• to provide, operate, and maintain the service (including generating and storing your audio);
• to process payments and manage your credit balance;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce our Terms;
• to respond to support requests and send essential service communications;

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run NeuralVani, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
• Cloudflare R2 — storage and delivery of generated audio;
• Razorpay — payment processing;
• cloud/GPU infrastructure providers used to run our voice engines.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS in transit, access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by emailing us at support@neuralvani.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.

7. Children

NeuralVani is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
